Joni Miller prides herself on being a leader in luxury sales for Middle Tennessee. She has been selling real estate for 18 years, and has extensive experience in a wide range of housing from first-time home buyers, short sales (including multi-family and commercial property), and multi-million dollar luxury sales. She is also a REO Listing Agent. Her career in real estate began after 22 years experience as a commercial paralegal in the real estate group of Bass Berry & Sims, one of the largest law firms in Tennessee. This expertise in the legal-documentary side of real-estate is a unique benefit for each of her clientele. As a paralegal, she reviewed contracts, drafted closing documents, and solved complex title commitment and survey issues. Joni has conducted closings and facilitated transactions ranging from luxury residential homes, condos and land.

Joni’s experience gives her the proficiency to handle any transaction you may consider. Her energetic and outgoing personality, coupled with her diligence for details and drive for results, allows for smooth transactions without the stress.
